For the warehousing enterprises listed in the municipal innovative leading enterprise cultivation library, the Municipal Science and Technology Bureau will empower them from the aspects of science and technology and finance, strengthen the cultivation of warehousing enterprises and accelerate the growth of warehousing enterprises. First, unite with the Municipal Local Financial Supervision Bureau to strive for the support of Jiangsu securities regulatory bureau and Shanghai and Shenzhen Stock Exchange, and organize intermediary service institutions such as securities companies to strengthen the listing cultivation of warehousing enterprises; Second, strengthen the recommendation and connection to venture capital institutions, and municipal science and innovation funds and their equity sub funds focus on warehousing enterprises; Third, guide all banking financial institutions to provide green review and approval channels, improve the efficiency of credit approval, and set up special credit products; Fourth, give priority to recommending warehousing enterprises to apply for the transformation of provincial major scientific and technological achievements and provincial key R & D plans, and encourage warehousing enterprises to undertake the construction tasks of national and provincial technological innovation centers, industrial innovation centers, enterprise key laboratories and other platforms.

The science and technology departments of Jiangbei new area and each district (Park) shall give classified guidance according to the different development stages of warehousing enterprises in combination with the resource advantages of the region. Urban linkage, timely grasp the operation dynamics of cultivation enterprises, do a good job in the service and guarantee of cultivation objects, and jointly promote high growth science and technology enterprises to become bigger and stronger.
